Ordering: 

Orders placed online will be submitted to our office for processing. We will contact you for card or bank payment within 24 hours. Account customers will have goods automatically dispatched on a 30 day account.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Swing Tags & Barcodes: 

All Lettuce products come with our funky swing tickets and barcodes (subject to availability).To obtain a listing of the barcodes digits, please contact us and we will forward you the listing.

 

Pricing & Availability: 

Lettuce cannot guarantee the supply of products as they are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods supplied to any one customer depending on availability. If you would like us to deliver a substitute line should selected lines be unavailable, you can request this when placing your order. Product descriptions and prices should only be used as a guide and Lettuce reserves the right to vary them without notice. All prices quoted in our catalogue and website excludes VAT and any applicable delivery charge.

 

Order Error:

Claims of shortage, damages or incorrect goods must be notified to Lettuce within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Delivery:

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during agreed date & time. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.All goods remain the property of Lettuce until payment has been made in full and has been received in full by Lettuce.

 

Returns:

Lettuce does not operate a "Sale or Return" policy under any circumstances on any sale.

 

Items may only be returned if they are damaged or incorrectly supplied. This must be notified to Lettuce within 24 hours of delivery, thereafter Lettuce will not accept return of goods under any circumstances.

 

Availability of Service:

Lettuce reserves the right to alter or withdraw the service at any time and also reserves the right to refuse service to any customer without giving a reason.
